Refund Policy

Return and refund terms for purchases made at Mummy & Me Boutique.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or feel the fit is not right, please contact us as early as possible. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size concerns, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Items returned without a return request first may be refused. To request a return, contact us on WhatsApp: +44 7446018227.

Non-returnable items

Sale items, clearance items, jewellery, festive/traditional items, and any product customized or altered at the buyer's request are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return postage and fees

Return shipping/postage is the customer's responsibility. The customer must ensure returned goods are packed safely and sent back in original condition. Initial shipping to the customer may be covered by us where offered at checkout, but this does not include return postage.

Processing fees, bank charges, and platform transaction fees are non-refundable, including for cancelled or refunded orders.

Refund options

Where a return is accepted for reasons other than damage/wrong item, refunds are usually provided as a shop gift card valid for 12 months. If you request a direct refund to your original payment method, a £2.99 shipping/admin deduction will apply.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval status. Approved refunds are processed promptly, but your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the amount.

We provide size guidance to reduce unnecessary returns. Please check measurements before ordering and contact us if you need help selecting the correct size.
